Check out the latest photos of the new Erickson Alumni Center. The center is 48,000 square feet and will serve alumni, friends and the university community. The center is expected to open in fall 2008.

The center will include a world-class kitchen and includes a walk-in cooler, two ranges, and large prep space. A full-time chef will cook meals specially created for the new center. |
