Alumni and friends sported their favorite WVU wear for the event.

More than 100 alumni returned to campus in 2007 for the Black Alumni Reunion Weekend. The weekend included a networking social, scholarship breakfast and game watch.

The Hokie bird, in the area for a Virginia Tech wedding, received jeers from the crowd when it stopped by the pigroast. Marty showed her Mountaineer hospitality and gave Hokie a big hug.

The University Chapter teams up each year with the Morgantown Fire Department to help wrap presents for needy children in the Morgantown area. Mark Thalman, a WVU alumnus and fireman, checks out the packages.

Juli Hatcher, a member of the University Chapter, was happy to volunteer her time to such a worthy (and fun) cause.

The Low Country Mountaineers hosted a barbecue for alumni and friends in April 2008.

The Low Country Mountaineers in Charleston, SC, held a toy drive in conjunction with their Christmas party.

Hundreds of alumni and friends attend the Boone County Alumni & Friends Pigroast and Golf Tournament each year. The event raises money for scholarships. Every WVU student from Logan/Boone County who attended received a gift card to the WVU Bookstore.

WVU Basketball Coach Bob Huggins addressed alumni and friends of WVU during the Shrimp Boil.

Hundreds of Texas alumni in the Houston area joined together for the Lonestar Chapter's annual Shrimp Boil.

Alumni, including former WVU basketball player and Houston native, J.D. Collins, attended the annual event.
